Meet Founder Jacquelyn
Fletcher Johnson
I've been building platforms for voice since the fifth grade.
It started when I launched my elementary school newspaper. I didn’t have the language for it then, but I was already doing the work that would shape my career: discovering powerful stories, creating platforms for them, and helping people get their voices into the world.
Since then, I’ve been an editor-in-chief, publicist, author of 14 books, television and radio host, global speaker, executive coach, communications strategist, and national conference designer.
I’ve helped senior leaders, C-suite executives, board members, founders, authors, and emerging thought leaders find the stories only they can tell. Along the way, I’ve been pitched thousands of times, sometimes the same idea by ten different people on the same day.
I’ve developed Spidey senses for what makes a person, a story, or an idea stand out. Some people call me a “speaker whisperer” or a “story strategist.” I think of myself as a launcher of voices.
My mission is to activate the voice of soul in the world because we need the work you were put here to do. Your experience, perspective, stories, and the ideas that won’t leave you alone can create ripple effects far beyond you. If you feel called to use your voice in a bigger way, now is the time.
